MJ'S Backhoe & Excavation, Inc. is committed to providing a safe atmosphere for our employees in the workplace and on each project. It's been said "Safety is no accident". We believe that safety must be a shared common interest between the subcontractor and the general contractor and a top priority on every project.

MJ'S has ensured that each foreman is a certified competent person and has completed the 10-HR Osha Certification Class and CPR/First Aid Course. All employees are drug tested during the hiring process and randomly throughout the year. MJ¹S has Monday morning safety meetings implementing Tool Box Topics and other resources, including videos and guest speakers to highlight additional safety concerns.

MJ'S Backhoe & Excavation, Inc., has an excellent safety record and has a goal of becoming an Osha Partner by the fall of 2004.
